This is a hobby that enjoy in my spare time. I am passionate about living our best life and healthy well being in life. I believe that nutrition and keeping active play a huge part in our overall health, both physically and mentally.

My motto in life is "LIVE, LOVE, LAUGH"!

I am very focussed to stay fit, active and healthy, I love pump classes (lifting weights) and doing plenty of walking. I also enjoy hikes and walks in nature and along the beach.

Bike riding

I am an avid cycling enthusiast, who enjoys keeping fit and active.

Currently I am training for Ride for Relief, 2024.

We will ride 700kms over 6 days to raise awareness around mental health.

I enjoy road riding, mountain bike riding and gravel riding.

It is fun to spend time with like minded people who love the great outdoors, enjoy the beauty of nature and keeping fit.

Toastmasters

Have highly enjoyed being a member of Cranbourne Toast Masters from 2021 through to 2023.

There is so much to learn, such as building confidence, sharpen leadership abilities, improve improvisation and expand your network.

I intend to bring this back into my life in the near future.
