● Report any maintenance issues or damages to the property promptly, coordinating with maintenance personnel or property managers to address repairs, and ensuring that all appliances, fixtures, and amenities are in proper working condition.
● Follow safety protocols and security measures to protect the property. This may involve monitoring access, reporting suspicious activities, or responding to emergencies following established procedures.
● Monitored and controlled access points to the hospital, including entrances, exits, and parking areas. Verified credentials, issuing visitor badges, and ensuring that only authorised individuals are granted access. ● Maintained a safe environment for patients and staff by patrolling the premises, identifying and addressing potential hazards, and promptly responding to safety concerns or incidents.
● Responded promptly and effectively to emergency situations, including medical emergencies, fire alarms, code calls, or other critical incidents. ensuring a safe and peaceful environment for patients, staff, and visitors. Collaborated with hospital personnel, including nurses and administrators, to resolve issues.
