During my time at Big W my first job i worked in the Electrical department on the registers unsupervised. My roles involved customer service, ordering of stock and organizing repairs and replacements as necessary
At my time at KPC i filled in while staff were on leave in various departments. Admin at Reception as well as in the maintenance department this was full time for around 6mths. I also worked in the Training department with admin also. I did fill in the courier car as well.
While my current role at Searle's in the orders department i have preformed many roles over the 10 years here. At orders i need to download and sometimes push orders through to process, pay attention to the weight on orders number of pallets stock codes and quantities on the orders. In all the positions i have held at Searle's every job entails excellent customer service,working with transport with deliveries PODs, helping customers. I have sat at reception doing spread sheeting (plantmark, NurseryTraders, Fuel)
and during that time also working will accounts assisting in other jobs as well as working with purchasing and doing local purchase orders, doing forecasting info for Ashley. Then doing claims credits and new account registrations, setting the customers up in Vision IFS Spent Mailchip emailing the customers with there log in details. ect. Then moving into the invoicing role were you down load the packing slips create connotes raise the invoice put together the manifests, finalise in IFS and manifests book transport were needed booking trucks online emailing transport. Im sure there have been other tasks that i have preformed over the years.
