My name is Michael John Elcoate, I was born on the 16th of August 2007 on the Gold Coat Queensland Australia. I have been working in a fish and chip shop for nearly 2 years, I am a good, hard working employee who has an outstanding work ethic and has great leadership skills. I am a Lance Corporal in the Australian Army Cadets, my role as a Lance Corporal is to manage Cadets in my section, keep morale high, maintain discipline and coordinate with fellow Corporals. I have been in the Cadets since the starts of 2021 and recently have become the flag bearer of the Australian National Flag (ANF). I am a racer, I race go karts competitively around my state, as well as racing in the Queensland Pedal Gran Prix for my school. I manage the school's racing team as club captain and build and fix the vehicles so they are in race conditions. I am a reliable and hard worker that can be taught any skills necessary to do my job.
I work mostly out the front dealing with customers, if it gets busy I tend to go into the kitchen and help cook, tray food, restock food, and wrap burgers and food. Packing up the shop I restock the drinks fridge, pack up chairs outside and inside, I pack up the till, I wipe down tables, I clean bench tops and cupboards, I sweep and mop the front of the shop and the office area in the shop. Once I am done my pack-up I help with whatever needs to be done in the kitchen.
