▪Set up machine (5008) for dialysis procedure.
▪ Prepare patient for the procedure including monitor vital signs, body weight.
▪ Fistula assessment and cannulation.
▪ Access Vas Cath, assessment, and dressing change.
▪ Troubleshooting the machine issues between the procedure.
▪ Record on electronic database, any problems, expected or unanticipated, and how these were resolved.
▪ Promptly notifying the appropriate medical practitioner of any problems that occur during dialysis
• First aid Course certificate (HLTAID-003) & Basic Life support course
