  • Assist in the management, implementation and monitoring of the College's online presence and social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and the College website.
  • Take weekly College tours, ensuring prospective parents and students are greeted with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Take all College photography including camps, excursions, activities and events, aswell as manage the College's media library and consents.
  • Coordinate the development of publications including the College's fortnightly newsletter, annual Yearbook and Year 12 Yearbook.
  • Coordinate Primary Transition days from start to finish, including communication with primary schools and parents, organising transportation and catering and liaising with staff.
  • Assist in the planning, organisation, promotion and execution of a range of College events including Open Mornings, Formals, Valedictory, Parent Information Evenings, Careers Expos, Alumni Reunions and more.

  • Assist the College Registrar with data entry and database management of current and future students. Using systems including Synergetic, Enquiry Tracker and ESIS.
