I am currently searching to obtain a full time position within the work force. I have a flexible schedule but below is my preferred (although not subject to) roster.

Availability: Monday - Saturday: All day & Every second Sunday.

I am a dedicated, hard working employee who takes pride is accomplishing the required tasks & meet business expectations in a professional and timely manner. With over 7 years experience in customer service, retail and hospitality, I have had the opportunity to obtain a wide skill set for these particular areas of work and have passion and am eager to extend my knowledge. I also have the ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve goals and satisfy business standards. I am a hardworking and passionate person who strives for excellence and is happy to take on any responsibilities that may be required.

The role at Everyday Rewards consisted of maintaining customer satisfaction with forward-thinking strategies which focused on addressing customer needs and resolving concerns they had. This was achieved by answering customer inbound calls promptly, to avoid long hold times. We provided advice and assistance to our members, paying close attention to their special needs or wants, responding to range of different requests that consisted on the business products, services and general company information and enquiries, Due to this being a loyalty program that all age groups are eligible to hold an account for, there would be multiple phone calls daily from elderly customers who expressed their limited abilities with technology, so thorough explanations and patience is key with this role.

An expectation for this role was to meet several KPI's, two that I constantly achieved higher then the expected target were VOC AND FCR, which are customer feedback surveys and first call resolution. Some example of this achievement I have listed below for reference.
