Quality Initiatives

Let it Flow, Redlands Hospital 2021

This project focused on improving patient safety when completing a Trial of Void (TOV) after the removal of an Indwelling Catheter (IDC). I collaborated with the Quality CNC to develop a TOV policy for Redlands Hospital to ensure best evidenced based practice was followed. I also delivered in-services and created a flow chart that was attached to all bladder scanners within the hospital.
