Summary

I am a passionate and driven health professional with over seven years of experience across the wellness, mental health, and community service sectors. I hold a diploma in nutrition and in mental health. I bring a whole-person approach to well-being, blending physical, mental, and social health strategies to support individuals and teams.

As Operations Manager at Alchemy Saunas, I oversee the operations of seven wellness venues, and I lead a team of over 55 staff. My focus is on creating a welcoming and comfortable environment where customers can experience the benefits of sauna and cold immersion practices. I manage day-to-day operations, support and mentor staff, and ensure smooth, high-quality service across all sites. I thrive in people-focused roles that require adaptability, strong leadership, and authentic connection, and I’m excited to bring these strengths into a workplace wellness setting where I can help others feel empowered in their health journey.
