- Payments Transition: Successfully transitioned over 200,000 merchant EFTPOS terminals from Optus to Telstra – This was on a large program of work with Telstra and CBA. My stream ‘Payments’ was the first stream to commence billing to the customer.
- Implemented a new CRM tool (Salesforce) to company call centre - Rollout of a new CRM tool ‘Salesforce’ to the company. This enabled staff to work on a case management basis.
- Call Centre telephone system - End to end project for implementing a new IP telephone system and provider to a 200 person call center.
- SharePoint 2010 upgrade – Updating the company’s intranet page to be SharePoint 2010.
