Summary

Ambitious leader with a can do attitude. Might sound a bit cocky but that is how I would describe myself.

I don't believe in problems or things that can't be done. There are solutions for everything and things can be done. Maybe not the way it's originally intended to be done but this is where the exciting part starts, where we get creative and work with the talent of the team.

With a proven track record of creating successful food service operations, managing teams and enhancing workflows at multiple hospitality orientated organizations. I feel I am a good match for House Made Hospitality.

With an extended knowledge in wine pairing due to multiple trainings and a specialization in Italian wines. Being adaptive and flexible as proven by setting up restaurant Volare which demanded solution orientated and optimistic people. An extensive experience in staffing due to my personal growth to the role as a Support Analyst at Temper, an organization which provides solutions for hospitality staffing. Events with 100+ staff to small Michelin starred restaurants.

I would say I'm well-versed in hospitality standards and have a natural knack for building relationships with customers and colleagues.

I honour honesty, clear communication and kindness.

Acknowledging mistakes, supporting each other, the team spirit and seeing each individual of the team. That's the exact reason why House Made Hospitality works for me. I just started with House Made Hospitality and it feels like a match made in heaven. My flights to move to Spain were already booked until the decision was made that I would love to stay within House Made Hospitality and give it a shot. I can see myself growing in the organization, it's not my first rodeo working in a newly opened venue. At Teds I was able to open a take out kiosk as an interim manager while setting up and training the team of the small restaurant Teds itself. The hectic, the change, the exciting new things.

Being a natural optimist who started working at 14yrs old to save up created a one of a kind person like me. The rebellious teenager who got kicked out of high-school started working full time so he could study a private study that mattered to him and not per se to others. The individual that adores the values and venues of House Made Hospitality. That is me. I can't wait to start my adventure with you guys and grow together.
