Over 20yrs experience in the Civil Onshore, Defence and Offshore markets, with over 15 years working throughout the Middle East, South East Asia and Australia.

The last several years locally based on the West Coast of Australia. Primarily managing high risk, critical elements of major Defence, Water Corporation and Port Authority projects.

I am confident that the success of these campaigns was due to respectful and professional client relationships, the respect from my teams and ability to manage and lead by example.

I have been involved in all aspects of a Maritime campaign from concept through to completion. 

A solution focused approach and a demonstrated background in High-Risk Operations. 

Communication, planning and managing expectations are critical to ensuring successful outcomes.  

After graduating from Shore SCEGS in 1994, I gained acceptance into Newcastle University with a Bachelor of Commerce in 1995. I took a gap year in 1996 and subsequently moved into the Oil and Gas Subsea industry.

Having spent the large majority of my working life at the bottom of the ocean as a saturation diver, I have learnt to become a critical thinker, confident in my abilities and extremely calm under pressure.

Experience has taught me that managing clients' expectations, from the outset, helps create the space and time to ensure a quality and profitable outcome that leaves clients, subcontractors and employees proud of what they have achieved. This inevitably leads to business growth.
