Have a great understanding and relationships with numerous insurers, and have renewed policies on sunrise platforms such as Vero, QBE, Zurich, CGU, CHUBB, Allianz, NTI, and Hollard.
Starting off as a client service officer, I attended to mid-term queries for clients via email or phone.
Completing around 25 emails a day while taking 15-20 calls.
Worked in a team of around 12 people, whom I had great relations with all.
Got promoted to Client Executive, where I took on more responsibilities, including managing up to 200 sunrise renewals a month, with a few manual policies too.
Managing multiple clients' renewals per month taught me to be organized and proactive in getting the pre-renewal sent out and having discussions with the clients to determine if the policy needed to be altered to ensure the renewal is correct and sent out before the 14-day deadline.
Taught and coached the new batch of starters in multiple platforms on how to interact with clients and answer client queries.
While preparing clients' renewals, I was able to negotiate with underwriters to secure favorable terms on behalf of clients.
