The support I provide is proficient in day to day life, financial and social skills, helping Participant's integrate into community and live more robust lives. I am a Creative and empathetic mentor with less than a year of experience but strive to develop my knowledge of the industry by adhering to policy and procedures given by AMS, NDIS standards and all Legal Acts. I have built rapports within SIL houses and 1:1 support by always supporting my participants to have the choice of control and to advocate for my participants when necessary in public forums.

I have recently transferred a client to a new site where I was privileged enough to create a dynamic working environment for new and old staff in order to better support our clients by following all Policies and procedures at an AMS standard. I have inducted many new staff members and I am currently studying and yet to complete my Certificate III in individual support (Disability). I do believe that my recent skills of leadership can be taken advantage of to build structure for my team and also the highest quality of care due to my persistent gain of knowledge and training I provide.

Hotel Manager

Woolpack Hotel (JTJL ENTERPRISES)
01.2012 - 12.2023

Above all these positions (Licensee, Second in charge and Manager) were by far the most eye-opening experiences I have ever encountered. I had the opportunity to gain a position at the Crown Hotel in Parramatta and to be a part of a new and improved night club, this was my first time in the nightlife scene where I obtained a new range of responsibilities that entailed licensing (liaising with LGA police), reviewing and adhering to liquor and gaming policies and procedures that are put in place by OLGR (office of Liquor and Gaming) to prevent any cases within the Justice system, if deemed appropriate due to a potential breach of Liquor and Gaming laws.

My leadership potential was recognized throughout the group and with this, gave me the opportunity to become the second in charge to the Licensee at PJ Gallaghers where I managed and rostered a team of up to 50 staff members and always stayed within a tight budget when completing, Weekly food and beverage ordering (any additional ordering for functions) and most importantly staff budgeting when completing weekly pay role.
Being resourceful and taking on new challenges proved the capability I can withhold which set me for my new position that I was promoted too as the Licensee/General Manager for the Crown Hotel.

The licensee position was a goal I had been pursuing throughout my hospitality career as it is the highest position of responsibility within a licensed venue.
This venue had many challenged areas that were failing miserably such as Gaming and Beverage targets. Within eight weeks I turned this small venue into a diverse profitable hotel by an 80% margin as I had focused more on customer service care and conformability, with my new team. I obtained knowledge of the different aspects and expectations of OLGR and General Licensing through my license I complied with.

Hotel Manager

Kings Park Tavern (Marlow Hotel Group)
01.2018 - 12.2019

Every career has a starting point and the Woolpack hotel was my foundation within Australia to the Hospitality industry. As I was still new to this position the family-owned establishment took a chance on a young, eager, and determined individual that would soon lead to more opportunities such as management. I learnt so much about customer service and general duties, my role, and the responsibilities of this role that this ignited my passion for this industry. I was fortunate to obtain a high level of leadership that was required to fulfill any obstacle whilst under pressure. Due to my previous employment here, I returned back to the workforce whilst being a full-time mother as a bartender, however I was re-employed no longer than 2 months before being asked to fulfill a manager’s position that I ensured to fulfill with high standards.

Licensee / General Manager / Hotel Manager

Iris Hotel Group
01.2015 - 12.2018

This large Hospitality group challenged me with the constant and rapid growth they continued to strive for. Within our venue we were given individual KPI’s, I was given Gaming Manger due to my recent roles within the gaming sector. My KPI entailed many aspects and the growth within Gaming, TAB, and Keno revenues, I felt I was fully equipped with previous knowledge, I persevered through the many difficult challenges that were set for my gaming team. Being a leader, I knew I was as strong as my newest team member and thus being said my small team and I increased our weekly turn over profits by a 180% margin within 6 months. As rewarding as it was for my team to break a record not only for our hotel but individually, we still had other aspects to adhere to so that our team could continue striving for higher percentiles within our Group.

catering assistant

alpha flight services lTD
01.2010 - 12.2012

Being my first job in Australia being a catering hand for certain day to day flights that the company had owned. My role was to pack certain business class amenities, snacks and preferred meals within a time frame. This role taught me teamwork as our small team of four were pushing through 12+ flights a day. I was promoted to second in charge and was given many hurdles to overcome within short periods due to the high demand in flight catering services.
