As the Director of IT, responsibility is held for all properties within South Africa. Responsibilities are as below but not limited too;

• All operational aspects of hotel technology to colleagues and guests, including 500+ seater conference areas
• PCI DSS and SOX Compliance reviewed and maintained.
• Quarterly & Annual Audits to be passed - Done by BDO and EY
• Follow COR Guidelines for all Infrastructure, resources, operational & capital expenditures, asset management and procurement rollover.
• Manage all Hotel level IT projects
• Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to and amended as per local government laws.
• Oversee and test disaster recovery / IT continuity plans & solutions every 3 months
• Oversee IT Risk Management in regard to physical and cyber security
• Manage and maintain VoIP & IPTV Solutions in house
• Ensure Wireless network is working 100% for guests including content management and fair usage throughout properties for best guest experience
