Responsibilities:

- Serving up to 150 customers across 4.5 hour shifts

- Making drinks and desserts

- Washing dishes and cooking equipment

- Making fries, burgers, and assembling orders

A year 9 elective subject at my school which lasts for half a year and involves a course run by the program OnGuard in the following areas:

• Commercial Knives
• Cooktops
• Ovens
• Food Processors
• Appliances
• Kitchen Safety Protocols
• Food Intolerances and Allergies
• Food Technology Safety in Schools

(Certificates can be supplied upon request.)

Responsibilities included:

- Working with a team of two or three other students to make pastries, desserts, and savoury dishes

- Serving dishes to a group of up to 80 audience members at the half yearly school performances

- Cleaning dishes and cooking area
