• Development and management of service and maintenance plans.

• Develop, implement and support the teams with training into the best practice of the iAuditor.
• Lead teams in the elimination and control of workplace
  hazards/associated risks.
• Provide practical and technical support to venue, kitchen and production teams to ensure compliance corrective actions are dealt with efficiently.
• Lead the implementation of a Metricup site safety policy.
• Monitoring and reporting of monthly wastwater data requirements in relation to DWER prescribed licence.
• Ensuring AER and AACR reports are compiled and submitted each year by the Beerfarm selected contractor.

Plant/Equipment Analysis & Engineering

• Run cost-benefit analysis and recommendations on plant optimisation.
• Run analysis and recommendation of appropriate equipment selection for large scale capital
• Assisting in plant/equipment troubleshooting

Maintenance Planning & Coordination

• Planning and coordinating Maintenance program and assisting in the execution where possible.
• Development and Reporting of the maintenance budget
• Line Management and oversight of Site Maintenance & Support Staff

Project Management
● Leading the delivery & commissioning of Brewery CapEx equipment
● Assistance or lead project coordination any site CapEx delivery where required

Operational Platforms & Systems

• Supporting the production, quality assurance, and operations teams with best practice of systems
  and platforms:
• Demand-supply production planning
• Assistance in developing and documenting ERP operational processes
• Process optimization and development

Environmental Sustainability & Compliance

• Key stakeholder in improving the environmental impacts of everyday operations
• Coordination and assistance in the relationship management of external waste water
  consultancy
• Brewing Utility & Waste Stream improvements
• Provide consultation to on site environmental sustainability initiatives
• Key leader in B-Corp accreditation application

Programming

• Production scheduling, rostering and long term production forecasting
• Work with the operations manager to provide long & short term forecasting of all raw, packaging and cleaning materials
• Communications with operations manager and Sales to ensure the efficiency of stock on hand
• Wort Production, Fermentation, Cellaring, Bright Beer & packaging operations
• Attend staff quality forums, such as sensory tastings and evaluations
• Identify and repair problems as they occur throughout the production line and ensuring the schedule is modified
• Manage brewery projects and ensure they are completed to a specific budget and timeline.
• Drive to achieve production team goals by tracking and managing the efficiency based KPI’s
• Lead improvement initiatives - design and assess technological improvements
• Ensure compliance of the breweries standards regarding safety, maintenance and environmental policies
• Manage and oversee the breweries operational expenses
• Communicate with the relative service providers to ensure the breweries machinery is maintained
• Coordinate & oversee all maintenance schedules and provide support to staff
