I really enjoy working as a team. I live my day by introducing people to the coffee culture I love, and the energy I get from conversations with those people. Even if it's harder for me, i try to make the team comfortable.
I created a lab room with my colleagues in Korea and practiced and researched everything from roasting to extraction. I actively attended cupping and seminars, and my passion for coffee is second to none.
I want to be good at coffee, and at the same time, my only professional goal is to become more integrated into the coffee culture and have fun working with many people.
