Mina Amiri

I served as a teacher assistant for two months in an institution that I pursued my English learning there. My responsibilities included teacher’s observation mostly focusing on evaluating teacher’s classroom behaviour, patience, and method to manage a positive and effective learning environment.

We were 10 students in 3 groups 1: leaders that managed everything including meetings, responsibilities 2: researchers, that I was part of that. We gathered information and real stories. 3: representers: in a meeting with all our school students, they communicate facts. My group had I meeting with ministry of public health, we asked one of their doctors to share their experiences and the drugs effect in those students life and our society. The challenges that we faced were not taking as serious at first, working with 10 different attitudes, didn’t know were to start, but finally we over came all of them I realised my skills at working independently and collaborating in a team environment Having ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations. And have a strong sense of responsibility. And at the end our representers share all the information we gathered in one hour to the students and teachers , so we made positive awareness in our school and community.
