- Leading Team of Operators on various Packaging Lines including Blister Lines, Bottle Packing Lines, Hand Assembly Lines, Thermoforming Line.

- Ensuring all SOPs are followed by team of operators.

- Washing, Cleaning & Sanitization of equipment product contact parts, non-contact parts, Primary and Secondary Packing areas.

- Assembly Set Up of various equipments including Tablet/Capsule Filling Machine, Silica Gel Inserter, Labelling Machine, Blister Line Hopper Assembly, Brush Box Assembly, Track Set Up, Tamper Seal Machine, Shrink Wrap Machine, In-line Checkweigher etc.

- Changing and Checking Batch Codes on Embossing and Printing Station.

- Picking & organising Raw Materials and Packaging Materials as per Pick List.

- Checking picked materials against allocated GIN Numbers and Lot Numbers.

- Performing start of the batch and end of the batch Line Clearance as per SOP.

- Performing 1st Quality Check and periodical In Process Quality Checks accurately as per provided Packing Specification and Quality Check List.

- Running Production batches to meet hourly and daily targets.

- Following Downtime Protocol and timely reporting any downtime related to equipment, quality and wait time.

- Liaising with Production Manager, Line Technicians, Warehouse and Quality Team for any Quality issues.

- Maintaining Daily Cleaning & HVAC Records for the allocated line.

- Assisting in investigation Market Complaints and Deviations.

- Providing Training to new operators.

- Operating various packaging lines.

- Working with team of operators.

- Following instructions from Team Leader and Production Supervisor.

- Following Production SOPs and company policies.

- Cleaning & Set up of various equipment parts.

- Cleaning & Sanitization of Primary and Secondary Packaging Areas.

- Assisting Team Leader in picking materials, checking materials and preparing line for upcoming batch.

- Assisting Team Leader in Start and End of the Batch Line Clearance.

- Primary and Secondary Packing of Production as per Packaging Specifications.

- Identifying and reporting any Quality defects to Team Leaders.
