• Resolved 450+ passive fire defects in three weeks, securing BCA sign-off to meet OC requirements and avoid delays.
• Coordinated client handover and contributed to the O&M phase

• Overall manage facade works for 4 towers ( 13 floors, 12 floors, 19 floors and 20 floors) including design coordination, engineer ( QA, program, cost review and scope work) and foreman onsite coordination. ( Directly report to PM, SPE and SM)
