*Assist the classroom teacher to set up the classroom and support the teacher with teaching and leaning program, assess children's work and etc.
*Observe all the students inside and outside the classroom, set goals based on the characteristics of each child, then make a plan to help them improve.
*Communicate with parents, team and centre management to better support children's development.
*Provide special support to students with special needs.
* Maintain classroom, equipment, materials and supplies.
* Assist nature walk, assembly, book week, fire pit dancing and other special events.
*Assist with morning tea, lunchtime arrangements and excursions.
*Maintain resources and school equipment, making sure they are correctly stored and maintained, as well as work areas are organised and tidy.
· Work with mentor to ensure the leaning programs are delivered effectively
· Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and inquiry projects that suit the needs
of individual children and groups
· Conduct daily observations, document progress and provide information to parents
· Building positive relationships with children and parents
· Incorporate technology and culture knowledge into classroom
· Develop leaning programs and monitor children's behavior and progress
· Assist with children's daily routine including morning tea, lunch and etc.
