Program Management & Service Delivery:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of NDIS support services, ensuring compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards and best practices. Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of support programs tailored to individual participant needs.
Team Leadership & Staff Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of support workers, coordinators, and administration staff. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide training, and foster a collaborative work environment. Ensure staff are equipped with the necessary tools and training to deliver high-quality services.

Ensure the company is compliant with all relevant NDIS guidelines, regulations, and funding requirements. Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and maintain up-to-date documentation to meet internal and external standards.
Resource Allocation & Budget Management:
Oversee budgeting and financial management for NDIS programs. Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring that services are delivered within budget while meeting the needs of participants. Monitor and manage costs, identifying areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities.
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:
Implement and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centered care. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through regular feedback loops, client surveys, and audits.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for NDIS planners, service providers, and government bodies. Coordinate and communicate regularly with external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and to advocate for participants' needs.
Incident Management & Resolution:
Oversee the management of incidents, complaints, and grievances. Lead investigations into any issues that arise and work to resolve them in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all parties are kept informed throughout the process.
Strategic Planning & Reporting:
Contribute to the development of strategic business plans and operational goals. Provide regular reports on operational performance, financial outcomes, and service delivery to senior management and key stakeholders.
Staff Scheduling & Workforce Planning:
Manage staff schedules to ensure that NDIS support workers are available as required, minimizing disruptions to service delivery. Develop workforce planning strategies to accommodate fluctuations in demand and maintain optimal staffing levels.
