Different colouring techniques including highlights, balayage and colour correction along with the ability to apply colour safely and effectively.

*Product knowledge

understanding of different hair products and their applications including shampoos, conditioners, styling products and treatments.

*Tool and Equipment handling

Competency in using and maintaining tools and equipment,such as scissors, clippers, hair dryers and styling irons.

* Sanitation and safety

Adherence to strict sanitation and safety protocols.

* Eye for design

An understanding of colour theory, hair types and facial features to create flattering and balanced styles.

The ability to adapt to different hair types, textures and client preferences

*Business Acumen

Understanding of the business aspects of hairdressing, such as managing bookings, selling products and contributing to marketing efforts.
