  • Worked on 2 campaigns, started on with Santos on the V107 campaign that was based offshore from Karratha. Arranging end to end travel for all crew travelling Perth – facility and return. Contract extended to take over mobilisation for Santos’ Barossa Project, MS1, based offshore from Darwin. Booking end to end travel domestic travel to Darwin for all employees, accommodation, helos and transfers for all crew travelling Darwin – facility.
  • Liaising directly with travel agency for all flights
  • Liaising directly with our contracted hotel in Darwin to book all crew, tracking bookings and cost.
  • Assisting the finance team in month end reporting for hotel invoicing.
  • Working closely with the aviation department with helicopter scheduling and logistics to ensure smooth operations and passenger transfer.
