Operations Manager
- Manage and lead operations team to ensure person centred and continuity of supports to participants.
- Plan, implement and monitor business areas within in operations.
- Lead and foster a culture of openness, engagement and continuous improvement.
- Maintain service quality and delivery.
- Ensure viability of all service areas.
- Ensure quality, compliance and safety for internal and external audits.
- Provide training where required.
- Develop programs and implement change to improve program areas.
