Spearhead the creation and execution of the Asia Pacific B2B marketing strategy to acquire, retain and grow American Express' largest and most strategically important global commercial customers. Key achievements include

  • Expanded strategy from 2 to 7 markets across the region by partnering with multiple stakeholders and understanding complex local market needs resulting in contribution of USD $1B in revenue growth + 30k new Corporate Cards across Asia Pacific.
  • Innovated strategy by developing deep understanding of what resonated with the premium, untapped C suite audience and negotiated relevant, strategic brand partnerships with Deloitte, AFR, Forbes and the Economist whilst also ideating and delivering net new proprietary product to create robust C suite thought leadership program that delivered unprecedented levels of customer engagement and revenue growth. Strategy successfully replicated across International markets due to its huge success.

  • Ideated and developed a custom robotic tool for a customer by working with internal automation centre of excellence to build this in conjunction with the customer. This solved customer business need, a first for our business and drove USD $40m worth of new revenue.
