A consummate worker currently employed at the Woolworth's Incident Management Centre as part of the Profit Protection Team. Dedicating over 10 years to the role I've accomplished a vast array of services for the business in that time, from monitoring of security systems of 4000+ properties belonging to the Woolworth's Limited Group and our partners in Endeavour Drinks and Caltex through to assisting state health departments during the Covid 19 pandemic via the the creation and compiling of data assisting with tracking of areas with impacted business assets and personnel.

  • Generated and submitted reports pertaining to stop trade, criminal and safety incidents (power outages, armed robberies, injuries and/or death, etc) occurring in stores, support offices and warehouses across Woolworth's and Endeavour Drinks business groups
  • Compiled reports/data sheets during widespread crisis situations (e.g. bush fires, floods, covid outbreaks and telecommunication outages) affecting the business
