My name is Mitchell Balmer-Allen, I am a mobile plant operator that has transitioned into a QA/Site engineer role. With majority of my time spent developing on-site with mineral resources. I have a proven track record with team leadership, problem-solving on large-scale projects, and ensuring quality and efficiency. I am committed to continuous development and effective communication, I thrive in collaborative environments and am always motivated to do better. Outside of work I follow multiple sports and exercise frequently, including playing golf whenever i can. Travelling has been a big part of my life so far which has given me a lot of life skills/experience, that I believe help me relate and communicate with a variety of people.
