This role involved working in People & Culture across its different departments for a wide variety of tasks.

• Maintained database systems to track and analyze operational data.
• Gathered, organized and input information into digital database.

• Whilst I did not have a duty manager position at this centre, substantial responsibility is placed on me in an extremely intensive environment, where hundreds of people visit the aquatic centre daily
• Throughout my time working for the City of Ballarat, I gained an understanding of how to effectively communicate with those that have special needs
• Additionally, multi-tasking with observing pools, assisting patrons, completing jobs, and maintaining fitness honed all of my skills to adapt for every work environment

• Responsible for numerous factors within the pool grounds, i.e., monitored staff, complied with OH&S legislations, responsible for banking.
• Developed excellent skills in conflict resolution through consistent experience dealing with both angered patrons & those with special needs.
• Through real rescue scenarios, I have become very effective at managing stress in intense situations.
• Improved my ability to manage other employees, ensuring operation of the pool and providing a safe environment for patrons. Rest assured; this practice can be applied to any industry
