  • Negotiated, oversaw and executed all major Ambassador programs and major sponsorships and events including the Olympic Games, The Melbourne Cup Carnival (the first wellness partner of racing with is Australia’s #1 VIP hospitality program), Cricket Australia, Netball Australia, Swimming Australia, Rugby Australia and more
  • Spokesperson for the company as required on all major issues across all mediums, and strategic adviser to the CEO

  • Originally joined the company as PR and Media Manager and was promoted to the wider brand marketing position that also included events, sponsorship, partnerships and local area marketing program

  • Managed a staff of around 24 people on employment and budgets across multiple portfolios of tens of millions of dollars to deliver growth in challenging times during much of the GFC and leveraging the extremely successful Myer One loyalty and VIP program for targeted customer engagement
  • Led the internal communications team which had over 15,000 employees across every part of the country
  • Part of the Senior Management Group which included the CEO and CFO
  • Presented regularly to the Board of Directors on portfolio responsibilities and part of the team that pulled together quarterly sales updates, and half and full year results
  • Managed key sponsorships and events for Myer including Fashions on the Field, Carols by Candlelight, Christmas windows and Christmas parade, fashion weeks and more
  • The key Myer contact for the IPO of Myer – when the company returned to public hands and heavily involved in the development of the prospectus, investor and public roadshows and subsequent annual reports
  • Direct role in overseeing the Myer Community Fund – the company's charity arm – with major events including the Myer Precious Metal Ball – where proceeds went to the Olivia Newton John Cancer and Wellness Centre
  • Helped oversee the establishment of the Myer Local Area Marketing Program which saw significant dollars set aside for all 60 plus Myer stores to activate in each of their local communities to build relationships and the Myer brand through content, media and engagement programs
