- End to end preparation and execution of consultant briefs including but not limited to Land Valuations, Infrastructure Technical Experts (e.g. Environment (flora and fauna assessments/Environmental Impact Statements), Traffic and Stormwater), Infrastructure Quantity Surveying and Costings.
- Overseeing the effective implementation and review of the Geelong Residential, Commercial and Industrial Growth Areas. Both proactively and reactively taking action to ensure the strategic objectives of the growth areas are being achieved.
- Preparation of Built Form and Land Use Masterplans and Urban Design Frameworks to ensure the strategic objectives.
- Land Acquisition Program – Running an ongoing land acquisition program tailored to acquiring land to enable the delivery of key infrastructure within Geelong’s growth areas
- Ensuring the strategic vision and objectives of the growth areas are fulfilled, specifically the Environmental (Flora and Fauna), Stormwater, Transport and Housing objectives are achieved.
- For each project creating individual governance framework to ensure streamlined decision making and ensure all relevant stakeholders are included in decision making. These relevant stakeholders include the immediate and broader public, internal departments, external stakeholders (developers, private consultants) and external government departments at both state and federal level.
