After working in customer service for nearly 18 months, I can build a connection with clients in a short time I also understand the difficult situations we can face as agents and I can keep my composure and still deliver the best service I possibly can!

I worked two jobs (and up to 75 hours) between November 2022 and May 2023! Managing all these hours helped me build excellent time management skills and I was always in the places I needed to be on time!

I love working and am super motivated to work because I have an ambition to own a house! This goal allows me to bring my best performance every single day!
