I started with The Reject Shop when I was 15 and have spent the last 7 years working my way through the ranks. I am now a store manager after progressing from a Team Leader to9 an Assistant Manager before finding my way here. I have always been in the retail industry and as such I have a great understanding of the cliental and the demands of the trade. I currently do a 3 week rotating roster system for both myself and my assistant manager and also roster 12 casual team members for their weekly shifts. I forecast wages and align to weekly and monthly budgets and work consistency to hit KPI's outlined for my store each month.
