I have been a Store Manager for Telstra for 5 years and have been in retails sales for over 10 years. I have managed multiple stores under the Telstra umbrella with my largest store consisting of up to 30 staff members.
I am currently managing a team of 7 staff members and an assistant manager. My role is ensuring the correct operation of the business, focusing on achieving KPI’s, ensuring the store is maintaining its mandatory compliance with customer data and creating a positive culture within our team.
