• While working at Turrells, I had the opportunity to both run and work on two x $2M custom homes.
• During my time at Turrells, I have been able to hone both my skills in management and carpentry. Working on custom, luxury homes is extremely different to my previous commercial work, but in no way do i see it as a weakness.
• I was able to utilise the same processes from commercial and intergraded them into the luxury residential field.
• I am also in charge of site budgeting, schedules, safety and quality control using the Builders Trend & Hazard Co software.

• Over the course of 2021 I subcontracted as a carpenter to various builders in the Sydney/ Hills District area. I mainly worked on new home and house renovations.
• Jumping from job to job, solving issues and extending my building knowledge

• At Evolve I had the opportunity to work on a few exciting live jobs.

I was able to assist in the completion of the following:

• Remediation works at Sydney Aquarium - Which included the remediation of structural steel, roofing & roof plumbing. Which of course included coordination with Sydney City Council.
• Multiple Industrial unit Remodels in Alexandria.
• Hotel Gosford - I completed the initial subcontractor contracts, creating scopes of works and contract negotiations. This was a large remediation & new build. $5M+
• I was able to extend my knowledge of PROCORE for all site and office purposes.

• I received a cadetship from Beach in my second year of University. They took my through the four stages of construction management and gave me experience as a Site leading hand, estimator, contracts administrator and Project Manager.

• I used Procore at Beach Constructions and played a huge roll in implementing it onto our sites and with vendors.
