· Perform routine maintenance and repair services on diesel engines, including engine overhauls, fuel, cooling and exhaust systems, transmission and clutches.

· Reconditioned and replaced pistons, bearings and valves on 3500 series engines to the highest standard.

· Completed engine block repair work to C series and 3500 series engines including top and bottom liner sealing surfaces re-sleeve and repair, check crankshaft tunnel to deck height measurements.

· Complete utilization of AMC milling machine to complete full block repair work of C series engines.

· Complete single and advanced TIG MIG and cast welding to engine components and parts.

· Conduct research on delegated work/locating and following CAT SIS procedures in order to develop and improve my skills and experience.
