I am currently studying an undergraduate bachelor of behavioural science (psychology) at Queensland University of Technology, recently completing my second year of studies. I have over 6 years’ experience in customer service roles, where I have worked crew member positions at McDonald’s and Blackbird bar and grill and in a management role at Domino’s. I have experience managing a group of employees to produce the best results possible, in a safe and productive manner. Over the course of my undergraduate bachelor’s degree, as well as my 5 years customer service experience I have developed and finetuned my skill of crisis aversion, damage control and conflict resolution.

Performance

During my bachelor’s degree of behavioural science (psychology) I have passed all units demonstrating my ability to learn and utilize new information and instructions in an effective and productive manner. In my first job, I worked at a high level of performance earning drive through crew member of the year at Oxley McDonald’s. At Dominos, I worked at an efficient rate; whilst also satisfying customers’ needs and expectations. After just 6 months of employment at Domino’s I was promoted to a shift manager position, developing and demonstrating my ability to lead and direct a group of employees to complete tasks in the most efficient, productive and safe manner.
