I worked at Volcania Restaurant in Tokyo Disney Sea first, then Idid plating, taking orders, accounting, closing, and so on.

Finally, I passed the internal selection and moved to The SnugglyDuckling at a new area.

I worked in both lunch time and dinner time. This restaurant is a
Japanese izakaya styled so I served cuisines and made some
cocktails. I also did opening operation here.

This restaurant located Ikebukuro, where many office worker work at, so it was so busy especially in lunch time.

This restaurant is Japanese soba restaurant located in Asakusa, which
is the one of the busiest tourist spots in Japan, and famous for its traditional atmosphere.

I served for many tourist in English. This restaurant was also busy in the lunch time especially in New Year but i could handle it!

Here is the famous chain cafe in Japan, and I brew coffee, tea, seasonal drinks and sometimes latte. I's been a while, but I did latte
art little bit. (I could make heart in a latte ) I did kitchenhand jobs sometimes also, then I made some kinds of pasta. Salad, and many appetizer for dinnertime.

• Maintained and operated espresso machines, blenders, commercial coffee brewers, coffee pots, and other equipment.
• Handled cash transactions accurately, maintaining accountability for daily register balances.

This is a luxury restaurant near Tokyo-Sky Tree, then I worked as a Nakai仲居,Japanese waitress with my friend who is a Maiko-san,
which is apprentice geisha. Working for Japanese culture was great experience for me.
