• Monitoring quality on site
• Provided guidance to ensure projects were completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of scope and quality
• Engaging with stakeholders to understand needs
• Liaising with utility service providers to satisfy requirements
• Quality champion of the project, and first point of contact for all quality matters
• Worked closely with Managers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve superior project results, cultivating a collaborative and trustworthy environment
• First point of contact for Project traffic which included TGSs reviewal and authorizing MOAs as well as other traffic matters

• Reviewing progress claims of subcontractors and ensure that they align with executed on-site
• Coordinating with Managers and Superintendents on engineering, temporary works, scheduling, and status of the project
• Coordinated and administered construction engineering activities of the project
• Observed safe systems of work area and report potential hazards and risks
• Completing take-offs and prepare scope of works
• Ensuring works done based on ITP and closed-out to specified requirements

Project: Muar Bypass Upgrade

• Working closely with site engineer to ensure daily tasks execution
• Maintaining daily notice details of site works, delays, and inspections
• Participating in training initiatives and skill development programs
• Assisting with management of planning, coordinating, and controlling minor schedules, resources required for an assigned area
• Learning about drawings, specifications, workplace safety, and environmental and quality requirements for all site-related activities
• Participating in daily progress meetings

Achievements: The project was completed two months ahead of schedule within budget providing early benefits to the local community.
