- Planned and performed crude oil batching, quantifying, sampling and operational commissioning of custody transfer metering facility, and ensured that metering parameters are maintained at optimum levels of efficiency.
- Formulated and verified flow rate parameters on safety instrumented ESD system and redundant DCS system, and ensured periodic back-ups are performed for system software configurations and reported any irregularities for remedial actions.
- Carried out periodical Meter Proving and system recertification exercises as provided by the regulations, conducted fluid measurement uncertainties analysis and achieved the organizational target of delivering 500 k bbl. without major downtime.
- Coordinated with interventions and maintenance teams to harmonize maintenance schedules and investigate metering system failures, and participated in Facilities Improvement Proposals (FIPs) including rehabilitation, modification plans to improves operational quality outcomes.
- Developed and maintained activities log and field observation reports and participated in SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) for metering system components such as Bidirectional pipe prover, Coriolis Mass Flow Meter, Auto Sampling system, X Flow computer and Surge Relief system.

- Performed daily technical activities of pumping station facility, initiated the operational tasks according to quality and quantity standards of the crude oil transmission procedures through the onshore cross country 32” pipeline and storing systems to the delivery point.
- Reviewed process performance data, diagnosed operating faults/ deviations in relation to standard operation metrics to ensure that the station system is operated within designed parameters of flows, pressures, temperatures and hydraulic profiles.
- Undertook regular sites tours / inspections of plant’s equipment, including rotary and static auxiliaries such as multi stage compressors, shell and tube heat exchangers, Wärtsilä separators, chemical treatment skids, launching and receiving networks, storage Tanks, Sulzer variable speed centrifugal pumps, Rolls-Royce dual fuel burning power generators, to ensure these are maintained in most effective operating conditions.
- Participated in scheduling online or upcoming maintenance programs and following up on tasks schedules until final acceptance of the maintenance work, allocate time and resources for non-routine/ unforeseen act, resulting in major reduction of overhaul costs.
