- Due to working at a cake factory, I gained hands-on experience in multiple areas including cake manufacturing, cleaning, dishwashing, delivery, and packing. I was responsible for preparing and decorating cakes, keeping the workspace clean and organized, handling dishes and kitchen equipment, and ensuring timely delivery and accurate packing of orders. This role allowed me to develop strong multitasking skills and an understanding of efficient workflow.

During my work at Jiffrey's Gallery, a renowned family-owned jewelry business, I gained hands-on experience in gemology, customer service, and inventory management. I assisted with selecting and appraising high-quality gemstones, helping to maintain the shop's excellent reputation. I also engaged with clients to offer personalized recommendations, supported inventory tracking, processed orders, and aided in sales.
