  • Performance Evaluation
  • The Contracts Facilitation & Planning Section Head will participate in quarterly performance reviews with his/her supervisor (using procedures and forms outlined in the IARCSC CBR-PMS manual), as well as participate in the legally prescribed performance appraisal at the end of his/her probation period and thereafter at year end.
  • All completed performance reviews and performance appraisal forms and documents will be copied to the PMS Unit of IARCSC CBR-PSU
