I am a reliable, hardworking, and motivated individual who demonstrates excellent communication skills and leadership qualities. As a result of my own initiative and ambitious mindset I have achieved goals in my clinical career that as a student I thought would not be possible. • Senior Radiographer positions both in the UK and Australia. One of the team leaders at Barts Heart Centre and The Royal London Hospital both the biggest cardiac and trauma hospitals respectively in Europe. Dealing with both adult and paediatric patients. Extensive involvement as an advanced practitioner within both departments. Training other members of staff across the general department and in angiography.
• Participated in producing and adjusting training protocol in Angio plus the general radiography department for junior members of staff to achieve all competencies needed to work independently.
• Advanced Practitioner within Interventional Radiology/Cardiac Care
• Under the supervision of interventional radiology consultants; I undertook training to carry out various interventional procedures which has resulted in me amassing a portfolio of examinations
• Through experience and earning competencies I was completely autonomous member of the team and carried out these procedures unsupervised including Tunnelled Haemodialysis Lines, PICC Lines and Hickman Lines for central venous access all under ultrasound guidance.
• RSO officer for department at Barts Heart Centre and RLH. Producing and adjusting training regimes for newly qualified radiographer in order to achieve all competencies needed to work out of out of hours.
