• Pick products from shelves to fill order shipments and pack orders for shipping – properly record in operating system.
• Ensure accuracy of picking process. Carefully check orders for proper item and quantity and product expiry date.
• Using computers to check inventory status and availability.
• Checked picked orders, selected proper box size, packed, and prepared for despatch.
• Putting the stock in locations using scanner. Serialized put away and un-serialized put away.
• Responsible for ensuring the proper rotation of stock; conducted stock room maintenance.
• RF Scanning packing of goods at the high speed wrapping line, lifting of goods up to 25kgs, wrapping of pallets, packing of goods, riding electric pallet jack, labeling, Moving of pallets, Stacking of pallets.
• Packing boxes in a way that ensures their safe delivery and minimizes in-transit damages.
• Removing or sorting out products that do not meeting quality standards or specifications.
• Ensuring that products are packed correctly and securely before they are sent to the truck for shipment.
• Move material with hand trucks, pallet jacks and with proper training, motorized pallet jacks.
• Accurately and safely stocking and pulling product.
• Have a keen sense for seeing, hearing and remembering part numbers and line codes.
• Maintain quality in the warehouse by noting the location of all damaged inventory and reporting to manager or stock controller.
• Maintain proper safety procedures at all times, including proper lifting and reporting any incidents and accidents within 24 hours.
• Notify supervisor immediately when encountering any issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Work closely with product and engineering to make sure our systems are robust and easy to manage.
• Work with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and QA Engineers in an Agile team environment
• Manage infrastructure though scripts and code which you will help develop
• Supporting and working alongside Agile development teams to ensure they have all the facilities to get the job done
• Perform root cause analysis of production impacting issues, including opening problem cases with vendors and driving them to conclusion
• Maintaining and bug-fixing existing applications and infrastructure
• Orchestrate the provisioning, load balancing, dynamic configuration, monitoring and spend optimization of servers in the cloud environment
• For on boarding exiting application, performing Knowledge transition from Development team to SCM team on build and deployment process
• Setting up virtual environments for rapid development and testing using RD&T
• Building tools and processes around CI/CD pipelines involving integrations with Jenkins, testing frameworks, git hub, etc
