• Provide E2E BA support (4 years) in Pega projects for NSW DPIE and Agencies. Coordinate workshops with SMEs, Directors at Office of Building Commissioner, Planning Commission, Planning panel secretariat and NSW DPIE, Project officers, Agency staff, Policy and Comms departments, Analytics and API teams for requirements and deliverables. Support Lead BA in business case documentations.

Projects – IPC, Project Remediate, Remediation Works, RSDA R1 and R2, AAC, Certability, Emergency Remedial Works, Intelligent Document Processing.

• Key member in establishing and expanding functional and API testing teams for NSW DPIE PEGA applications - Development Application, Concurrence and Referral, Complying Development Certificate, Free Trade, State Voluntary Planning Agreements. Plan and deliver for Council API testing.

• BA Responsibilities
• Coordinate and conduct workshops with client stakeholders for requirements
• Analyse As-Is Pega processes for enhancements. Draft and design To-Be processes.
• Prepare BRDs, user stories, wireframes, data-mapping sheets, data dictionary, technical analysis, notification templates, report specifications, API details etc. for review and sign-off.
• Brainstorm and coordinate with LSAs & Teams for technical confirmations. Resolve dependencies in the project. Identify scenarios and acceptance criteria for DWH reporting, API integration and Drupal publishing.
• Conduct sprint planning sessions and user stories walkthroughs.
• Support development, ST and SIT teams in the implementation.
• Manage artefacts on Rally, Jira, SharePoint and Confluence

Environment Protection Authority (July 2018)

Provide requirement analysis support and test estimates for EPA project implementing EDISON data platform on Microsoft Azure. Provide test plans covering all aspects of functional and non-functional testing on Azure platform.

VICROADS (Dec 2017 to May 2018)

Validate Registration & Licensing business processes (MS Dynamics CRM) of OneView application deployed on Customer Management & Productivity Platform. Perform functional and regression testing of Medical Review, Enquiries, Complaints, Licence & Medical Conditions, Assessments & Decisions modules using MS VSTS, C#, Selenium, SpecFlow.

Bureau of Meteorology (Aug 2016 to Sept 2017)

Lead functional and regression testing for Water information dashboard project, AWS cloud migration, CLIDE, Woodside and BOM incident management portal. Engage with project and department stakeholders in reviewing the requirement scope and reporting the QA results. Validate web content accessibility guidelines using JAWS and WAVE

Project – Australian Skills Quality Authority

Responsibilities

• E2E data migration for ASQA project involved -

1. Conduct workshops to identify data migration requirements. Extensive analysis of VET and CRICOS data from ASQA, TGA and PRISMS databases.

2. Design data models and document data mapping. Define entity-relationships in SQL views.

3. Design MS SQL queries, views, procedures, triggers and use MS Excel, VBA and Macros for ETL tasks

4. Conduct data reconciliation sessions and validate records against business requirements and processes (MS Dynamics CRM).

• Conduct workshops with British Telecom Architects, Solution designers, Product owners to analyse customer experience stories for new infrastructure service assurance and production issues to provide solutions on BT Service assurance platform (Amdocs Clarify)
• Design component user stories, interface specifications, E2E architecture documents, XSDs, XMLs and support implementation for multiple releases. Perform Go-live testing of releases. Analyse platform data for service issues. Update analytics data for J.D. Power (Apache SOLR)
• Prepare and present release wise Function Point size estimates to platform architects for approval.
• Lead, Mentor and Manage QA teams for functional testing of Pega processes for Personal Injury Case Management System (Irwin Mitchell), Pega Healthcare implementation (Wellcare HealthPlans) and Content development platform (J.D. Responsibilities

• Senior Business Analyst for British Telecom Service Assurance module analysing customer experience stories with Architects, Solution designers and BT Product owners
• Design component user stories, interface specifications, E2E architecture documents, XSDs, XMLs and support implementation for multiple releases
• Prepare and present release wise Function Point size estimates to platform architects for approval.
• Manage BT integration test environment on BEA Weblogic. Coordinate deployments with deployment support group and configure JMS interfaces within the project SLAs and ETAs given by BT Test Leads. Facilitate defect triage meetings for defect identification, root cause analysis, defect prioritization and resolution. Collaborate with E2E and component designers and developers; discuss defects to ensure in time resolution and CIT signoff for multiple releases
• Design release-wise test strategies and test cases for Functional (System, Regression and In-flight testing) and Continuous integration testing (Functional and Regression) on TMW platform

Responsibilities

• Develop functionality for Network Editor, Application Manager, Path and Circuit Manager modules in C++, performing functional unit testing of these requirements
• Prepare test plans and technical specifications for the Network Management Program block in Wireless OSS stack, effectively validating the database descriptions and specifications
• Test Configuration Management applications and security applications, ensuring good working condition of Network Elements in Nokia and Nortel Labs
• Support Optical NMS applications to provide RHE (Requirements, High-level Design and Estimates) and BRDs for porting of Performance Management from Sun-Solaris to HP-Unix, Trail Management for 100FOS Cards, effectively delivering within established timelines
