• Ensure actions from inspections, audits, hazard reports, investigations, and workplace meetings are captured in VenSafe and support the operations team to close out actions where possible.

Successfully implemented a comprehensive Permit to Work (PTW) system across five active construction sites during the field development phase, significantly enhancing operational safety compliance, contractor coordination, and critical risk management outcomes.

• Implement the Permit to Work system in ZN Vostok for 1st time in their project in all 5 oilfields cooperated with the QHSE team including 3 main permits and 10 complementary.
• Facilitate ZNV and National Oil company NIOC communication and reach a unanimous vote on the conflicting PTW procedure parts before implementation.
• Contractor compliance with ZNV and NIOC standards and regulations was satisfactory due to adequate training and strong communications.

SINOPEC is an international energy and chemical company with a wide range of products and services, its operations covering more than 70 countries and regions in the world.

• Project: Yadavaran Oilfield Development (Sinopec)-52 wells and Central Treatment Plant included.
• Verified that all PTW (Permit to Work) work packs were completed properly and presented to the PTW Coordinator 24 – 48 hours before the daily SIMOPS/PTW coordination meeting.
• Ensured that all completed permits were properly closed and communicated to affected parties.
• Notified HSE Advisors, Project Manager, and Emergency Response Team of all High-Risk Activities before they were performed.

• Advise the operation team about H2S and HSE precautions in the rig and process plant operations to meet the standards and zero tolerance safety.
• Rig up and rig down H2S safety system equipment, working independently and troubleshooting the system in both drilling rig and production well sites.
• Completed a wide range of H2S and HSE training and certification to provide employee training in drilling, gas release, and general site and equipment safety.
• Utilized multiple detection systems and instruments, including Air loop and Cascade systems (HP & LP), BW RR3, RR2, Decton, RAE, RKI and SAFETAK instruments; correctly calibrated, maintained, and protected equipment to ensure its accuracy.

Project: Azadegan Oilfield Development-water treatment plant construction

• Supervised day-to-day activities within a construction workplace, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitored and enforced WHS compliance across all civil, structural, and mechanical works, ensuring alignment with project specifications and national safety regulations.
