Throughout my career in law enforcement, community leadership, and legal advocacy, I have consistently championed the principles of human rights, social justice, and inclusive living, ensuring dignity, fairness, and equity for all individuals, regardless of background or circumstance.

• In my current role, I continue to promote inclusion and equity, actively assisting CALD individuals with disabilities by facilitating access to critical services such as health, housing, legal support, and community programs. I work to bridge the gap between mainstream systems and multicultural communities by providing information in plain language, supporting community engagement, and encouraging a person-centered approach that respects cultural values and preferences.
• I actively engage with individuals, families, and community groups to identify culturally appropriate ways to support people with disabilities, taking into account their values, language, spiritual beliefs, and community connections. I champion the use of inclusive communication strategies, plain language resources, and, where appropriate, translated materials or interpreters, to ensure meaningful participation and access to services.

• Provide legal advice and representation to victims of DFV, including assistance with protection orders, family law, and immigration implications.
