Personal Philosophy

As an educator my goal and mission is to create a beautiful learning environment for every child within the early childhood setting. I enjoy working with children because I love creating beautiful relationships with them. My mission is to create a safe and nurturing environment and relationships with children, their families, and community members. This is important to me in this community as our relationships go further than just in the childcare environment. As early childhood educators we become part of a child’s early learning which is very important to the children’s development. By building these relationships, we are providing the highest quality care and education for the children, and we can work with the families and community member for the benefit of the children in our care. I believe that every child has the right to inclusive care and education. I pride myself in honouring cultures and nurturing and assisting in all children’s abilities and strengths. I love watching children thrive and grow and feel honoured that I was able to contribute to that.

  • Young High School (2022)- Worked with High School Children to assists them in the classroom with a variety of subjects, Worked with the classroom teachers to assists the children


  • Raise Mentor Program (2022)- Worked one on one with High School student at both Young High School and Hennessy Catholic College to give them some extra support while in High School.
