
In my current position as Local Community Consultant with Medibank I’ve been strengthening my relationships with local members and gaining skills and knowledge in the private health insurance field. I’m now excited to use my experience and knowledge to help support strengthen our Geo team so we can assist our members to the best of our ability.
In my spare time I am involved with local community theatre, so as a performer I very much thrive when it comes to talking to people and using my creativity and people skills to benefit my workplace.
My most recent professional roles have honed and refined my administrative, customer service and multi-tasking skills making me a valuable asset to any team.

In my current role my main responsibilities are supporting members with their private health queries across multiple communication channels
Assisting local members in store, via messaging and over the phone
Selling new policies and cover review conversations
